In this teleclass you discover several methods to clear your body of toxins, feel lighter in your body and transform your life into one of increased energy and vitality. 3 Cleanse Calls
The calls provide clear direction on what you need to do during each phase of the cleanse. Each call will be recorded, so if you miss a call you will have access to it online.
One 60-minute Introductory Call (on the evening preceding the beginning of the cleanse). This call will give you a chance to get to know your fellow group members, get more information and ask any questions you might have about the cleanse.
One 30-minute Mid-Cleanse Call. This call will be used to cover and expand upon the content enclosed in your Handbook. We will get to answer your questions and concerns that may rise during your experiences on this program.

How do we access the content for the telephone sessions?
When you register you will receive a telephone number with a special code to call in for each session. You will also receive Cleanse materials by e-mail.
What makes this cleanse different from others?
We keep things pretty simple. I focus on eliminating old debris and preparing the body with healthier building blocks. I also support you along the way, so you complete the Cleanse with more awareness and healthier habits. On top of that, there is no travel, so you have the freedom to participate from anywhere.
Will we be able to interact with other attendees?
