Want a way to help others in a big way?
Do you dream of a fulfilling and meaningful career?
Are health, wellness, + human potential your passions?
Are you the weird one in your family, drinking smoothies + eating “rabbit food”?
Well, whether you are looking for a career change, interested in improving your own health + wellness, or an experienced wellness professional looking to expand your practice. I think the program + curriculum at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition might be a good fit for you.
So, how in the world did a trained engineer + experienced educator become a health coach?
I studied nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York, City. There was a whole bunch that happened before I enrolled at IIN…like being an extremely picky eater, not really knowing how to cook to nourish my mind + body (well!), or reading a whole bunch of self-help books, but not really implementing the tools I learned.
Let’s just say that connecting with IIN was pure synchronicity!
My experience at IIN was life-changing:
:: solidified background to fine-tune my own menu + eating habits
:: elevated how I envisioned my life + my way of BEing in the world
:: catapulted me to a new career where I created Core Connection Lifestyle!
As a result of all of that, I am always happy to share about my experiences with IIN. The training was and is unique to me because it offers cutting edge holistic nutrition education combined with health coach training. So not only are you educated by health + wellness experts, you also receive practical training + tools to launch a practice.
My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

I offer a variety of coaching options to help you reach your health, wellness + lifestyle goals. I’d love to work with you 1-on-1.
:: looking for more of a business mentorship relationship?
Since graduating, I have served in many roles working with IIN, including coaching + mentoring future health coaches. I also offer business coaching for solopreneurs + small businesses who are a tad bit afraid to use technology in their business back end + want to see a difference in their front end.
