Join me this and every Thursday at 9am for Yoga Flow at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort. The 1-hr class will be held on the beach. So not only will you get your flow on, you will also receive a wonderful dose of Vitamin D from the sun. Of course, if it rains, we’ll head indoors to St. Regis’ beautiful fitness facility.
This weekly yoga class, offered through V Art of Wellness, focuses on body alignment, pranayama (breath control) and flexibility. The class is designed so that anyone, at any age, can take this class comfortably and yet feel challenged and more centered by the end of the class. Suitable for all levels, the aim is have an enjoyable mind-body centered yoga experience.
To join me on the mat for this class, come to the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and let them know you’re there for yoga. This class is open for visitors and local Miami/South Florida residents. See you on the mat every Thursday at 9:00am at the St. Regis Bal Harbour.
