Through my coaching offerings over the past 6 years, I have worked with a lot women who have had health and lifestyle challenges. Most of those challenges were connected to food, menu choices and eating habits. As a result, when they start working with me, we begin with food.

We’ll get together for weekly coaching calls to clarify and select one individual goal, talk about + address your fears, and take actions that are specific to you and your situation.
To provide some individual support, there will be weekly opportunities for 1-on-1 coaching during the program. I’ll have my phone lines blocked off for Step Into Wellness members to call-into receive personalized guidance.
You’ll have access to exploratory exercises and resources to meet your needs. In between sessions, you will connect (or laugh…or vent) in the e-Lounge with a group of dynamic women (+ me!) for accountability + enhanced support.

How It Works?

With the “2-Pay” Installment Plan, you’ll may a $40 investment to get started in the program.
You’ll be billed after the 2nd coaching call via PayPal.
The invoice will need to be reconciled within 48 hours of receipt.
My one-on-one coaching usually starts at $150 per session. And honestly, this program will not be offered at this same rate. This is a great opportunity to receive an opportunity for transformation and concentrated support at a fraction of the standard investment.
The investment is $75 for a couple of reasons:
- Some of my prospects have been looking for a way to receive coaching (within their budget). Group coaching will allow them to do that.
- This program is still in “beta” phase. So the participants have a chance to get an awesome coaching experience + receive more benefits, while I get to play around with what works and enhance the program. Participants also have access to future versions of this program.
