I am hosting this first (of many) Yoga & Wellness Retreat in Jamaica retreat because I am supposed to do it. This moment has been in the works long before I uttered “I am going to have a retreat in Jamaica” two years ago. So to be here, with a group of amazing women, sharing and receiving gifts feels so right. There is so much more to come. However, I am so happy to be in this moment.
